Booking & Payment Policy 

To confirm your reservation, we kindly require valid credit/debit card details. Alternatively, you may choose to complete your booking via bank transfer. 

Credit/Debit Card

Your card details are used to guarantee your reservation. A pre-authorization may be performed to verify validity.
No charge is made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified by the selected rate. Charges are applied according to the terms of your chosen booking policy. 

Bank Transfer

If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, payment is required in accordance with the terms of the selected rate.
Please note that your reservation is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
In case of delayed payment, we reserve the right to release the booking. 

Cancellation Policy  

Flexible Rate (Refundable) 

Cancellation Terms – Credit/Debit Card Payments 

• Up to 21 days before arrival (until 23:59 local time)::
  Free cancellation  

• From 20 to 8 days before arrival:
  - 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged 

• From 7 to 0 days before arrival::
  - 90% of the total reservation amount will be charged 

• In case of no-show or early departure 90% of the total reservation amount will be charged. 

Booking Guarantee 

A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your booking 

A pre-authorization for verification purposes. No charge is made at the time of booking. The full amount will be charged 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date,using the card details provided at the time of booking. 

Cancellation Terms – Bank Transfer 

• A 30% deposit is required within 3 days of booking to confirm your reservationThe remaining 70% is payable up to 21 days before arrival 

• Up to 21 days before arrival (until 23:59 local time): free cancellation (the 30% deposit is refunded, excluding bank charges) 

• From 20 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation amount is due 

• From 7 to 0 days before arrival: 90% of the total reservation amount is due 

• In case of no-show or early departure, 90% of the total reservation amount is due 

Advanced Benefit Rate 

• The total amount must be paid immediately upon completion of the reservation. 

• This rate is non-refundable 

• In case of cancellation or no-show, no refund will be issued 

Important Notes 

The cancellation date is defined as the date on which the cancellation request is received by the property. 

All deadlines are calculated based on the local time of the property (Greece)..
