Avgi by the Sea is situated on the first floor of a two-storey building.

The house features two double bedrooms. One has a king-size bed, while the second has two single beds that can be converted to a double one. The living room may serve as a third bedroom, with a sofa-bed big enough for two adults.

The traditional kitchen sink made of stone in the fully equipped kitchen will definitely impress you.

Two bathrooms provide guests with extra comfort. The balcony at the entrance of the house is the perfect spot for breakfast or a drink, while gazing at the stunning view of the Pagasetic Golf. Last but not least, the small yard right in front of the main entrance offers the possibility to enjoy the sun and relax after swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the sea, located just a few steps away from the house.
